The recipe is from a dear Peruvian friend, officially proven cook!
Tallarines rojos (Red noodles with chicken)( for 4 people)
4-5 pieces of chicken breast cut in small pieces ( like for stew) --

You can also use beef for this one!!!
3-4 tomatos ( peel off the skin and the seeds)
2 long carrots ( shreded)
2 red onions chopped and cut in small pieces
2 cloves of garlic
Basil, cumin, black pepper, soy sauce,oregano , salt, chili powder for color ( optional)
Spaguetti ( get the thinner one) boil with salt and olive oil
Olives ( preferably Kalamata)
In a bowl, place the chicken , add cumin, black pepper , salt and a little bit of soy sauce and let it be for 30 min
In a saucepan, place the tomatos, carrots, onions and garlic and fried them with a bit of oil until it blends like a sauce, then let it cool down and afterward , place everything on a blender so you can make a homemade sauce , dont put too much water when you use the blender, the mix should be thick like when you make a pudding
In another pot , place olive oil , place the chicken that was marinated and let it fry a bit, add the basil leaves ( 4 or 5 ), and chili powder ( optional) and let it fry a little bit more, after that add the sauce that you have made in the blender and let it boil for about 18 min, then check on the salt, add a little bit of oregano as well
Once is cooked served on spaguetti and add the olives on top. I also recommend to accompany with garlic bread.
