Brownie Cookie with syrup
(yield 20-25 cookies)
Ingredients
1/2 cup of sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup oil
3 spoons of Extra special dark cocoa
2 cups of flour
1 egg
Topping:
pisstachios or cocounut powder
For syrup:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
Boil sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat 5 more minutes
Chill in fridge for an hour
Cookies should be hot and the syrup needs to be cool for best results
How to prepare:
- Make syrup ready
- Prepare a soft dough from the ingredients.
- Make small balls and place on a pan covered with baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 F until the cookies are cracked (check after 10 minutes)
- Take the pan out of from the oven.
Dip cookies into syrup and take it out quickly ( If stay long in the syrup ,they will be so soft and messy while eating)
Enjoy as soon as possible or better to wait overnight for best results, if you can!
